Crucible Day: Don Bosco Lacrosse

I joined the Don Bosco Lacrosse Program for day of discipline, accountability, and a test of will. On a cold and rainy morning in March, head coach Brendan Gorman gathered his players to learn about the type of commitment it takes to play for a winning lacrosse program.

Gorman lead the Ironmen to a 32-2 record in a two year span, with a NJ Tournament of Champions trophy to go along with it. With many key players graduating, Gorman sought out to send a message to his young players and new leaders. That message: Excellence is not given, it's earned.
